America Leads? Game Show Premieres May 16, 2020 at 7:00pm
America Leads? Game Show premieres with the question “Is America Number One in Health Care?”
This parody on a game show asks tough questions about health care compared to the rest of the world, but we can’t tell you what those questions are. You might research the answers and be a contestant and that wouldn’t be fair.
So show up at our first show at the Saint Paul Student Union auditorium on the Saint Paul campus of the University of Minnesota Saturday, May 16, 2020, at 7:00 pm. We’re filming it for a pilot program. You can vie to be a contestant, or have a boatload of fun as the live studio audience. Clap, jeer, hoot, howl, and encourage your contestant.
You’ll be stunned, surprised, and better informed after this riff on the United States Health Care system, a country with the most expensive health care costs in the world (yeah, that takes first). And we keep it going with questions about pharmaceutical companies and dental care.
This filmed game show will foster even more game show episodes: Is the U.S. number one in Central America? Is America number one for clean energy?
And the game show will end up on local TV, YouTube and Vimeo for immediate distribution to combat misinformation provided by the health insurance lobby. You can make history by showing up and participating. Health care is perhaps the only issue on which Republicans and Democrats agree in regard to costs and availability.
So don’t miss America Leads? Game Show on health care in America. Sign up to be a participant in the audience through our evite. All proceeds go to house the homeless via Prevail News.org. Donations are on a sliding scale from $5 for students to $20 (0r more) for those who rock.
